Introduce the cleaner gently and follow the supplied instructions for setup, use and cleaning. Clean one paw at a time, then towel dry. Always supervise your pet and stop if they are uncomfortable. Do not immerse the electrical base.

A few things to know before you buy

Will I still need a towel?

Yes. Towel dry paws after cleaning, before your dog heads onto floors, rugs or furniture.

What if my dog is nervous?

Introduce the cleaner gradually and let your dog investigate. Never force a paw into the cup. Stop if your dog is uncomfortable; tolerance varies between pets.

Can I try it and return it if my dog dislikes it?

Yes. You can open and normally use the cleaner according to its supplied instructions. If the fit or routine is not right for you and your dog, contact support@furswift.com within 60 days of delivery. Eligible Canada and U.S. returns include a prepaid standard return label, with no restocking fee. Introduce the cleaner gently and never force use. See our refund policy for full terms.
