Does it need to stay plugged in?
Yes. The FurSwift 4L fountain uses plug-in power to circulate water. Keep it connected during use and keep the pump submerged at the recommended water level.
How do I clean it?
Unplug before cleaning. Wash and rinse the drinking surfaces, reservoir, and pump regularly, following the supplied instructions. Refill with fresh drinking water and replace the cartridge and pump sponge about monthly, or sooner when needed.
What comes in each refill?
Each refill pack contains eight compatible filter cartridges and eight pump sponges. All sixteen pieces arrive together. At approximately one cartridge and one sponge per month, that is an eight-month supply.
How does the refill subscription work?
Choose Subscribe & Save on the refill page. Your first pack ships after your purchase; a new full pack is billed and delivered every eight months after that. You can manage or cancel before your next renewal through your customer account. A one-time purchase is also available.
Is a subscription required?
No. The fountain and Complete Hydration Bundle are available as one-time purchases. Refills can be purchased once or with optional recurring delivery.
